Castle Tour on
your Day of Arrival
Try to arrive by 4.00 pm for Tea by the fire in the Patti Bar. Book in early so you can get settled into your room. Around 6.30 pm, join
us in the Patti Bar, from where you will be given a tour of the castle. This is so you know where everything is.
The castle tour includes the
Patti Theatre, the Bridal Suite, main bars and function rooms, breakfast room, plus a quick outline of the history of the Castle.
Dinner or light supper is
served at 8.00 pm.
The Castle captivated the Greatest Prima Donna of the C19th and she lived here for the rest of her life. Take in the Castle’s Grade One Theatre
(one of only six Grade One listed theatres in the United Kingdom), where the
rich and famous were entertained and when the hills were alive to the sound of music.
