Wedding Menus

We do not offer self-catering weddings. Wedding organisers should select the main meal (known as the Wedding Breakfast) from either Wedding Breakfast Menu One or Menu Two. 

The Buffet options are intended for the evening event only and cannot be taken as the Wedding Breakfast. However, a saving can be made by taking Wedding Breakfast Menu One, or Two, and having carvery service instead of full waitress service.

Please note that the following are only sample menus and you can make your own personal choice. Just tell us what you would like to eat and we will arrange it.

Wedding Menus

Menu 1

Main Course

Minted Lamb Shank with onion gravy


Roast Pork with apple sauce and gravy.

Honey roast ham served with new buttered boiled potatoes and fresh 
crisp salad.

All above are served with roasted vegetables, new potatoes and 
traditional gravy.


Vegetarian Alternatives

Spinach and ricotta cannelloni with cheesy garlic bread.

Vegetable and Stilton crumble served in a rich cheese sauce.

Menu Two

Starters
- served with roll and butter

Soup of your choice served with hot rustic roll and butter.
(Minestrone, Vegetable or Leek & Potato)

Melon cocktail Melon balls in a schnapps syrup.

Smoked Salmon served with potato and chive salad, garnished with lemon.

Avocado, Prawns served on a bed of crispy salad.

Main Course

Roast beef accompanied with Yorkshire pudding and gravy.

Roast leg of Welsh Lamb served with mint sauce and gravy.

Roast Turkey served with Sage & Onion stuffing, bacon wrapped sausage and 
gravy.

Fresh Salmon fillet filled with leek, mushroom and tomatos in a creamy lemon 
and dill sauce.


Vegetarian alternatives

Fresh mushroom stroganoff in a cream & brandy sauce.

All above are served with roast vegetables and baby new potatoes with 
traditional gravy.
